The Board consists of the officers, the immediate past president, and the chairpersons of the standing committees. All Board positions are chosen yearly and meetings are held on the second Monday of each month, before general meetings. The officers consist of the President, President-Elect, Vice President Membership, Recording Secretary, Corresponding Secretary and Treasurer. Some of the standing committees are Ways and Means, Publicity, Social, and Philanthropic Donation Committee (PDC).
